VAT was never included in the advertised price since it varies from country to country, the VAT value is calculated by our store based on the user location and added to the 4.99€ you see in our page.1 point

Its an individual choice and each to their own I am just about to upgrade to a UHD tv and comparing features /prices I will end up going for the better features and it will cost approx £100 more comparing like for like there is another RTE you can buy it for $5.49 US it has far less features and is very similar price1 point

I say this every year, but there really should be a discount on the mac version given that it doesn't follow the same release schedule, and has less features. Either that or developers like myself are happy to help.1 point
