Do I understand that correct that you want a possibility to get a transfer proposal for a player that you do not want anymore but you do not want to actively set him on the transfer list ? That would be so great although I dunno how this could be achieved by FMRTE in a way that the game acutally responds accordingly But if it is possible ... please, yes, please do it !

Set his CA way lower than his PA Put him on 'Backup' (when you do this in FMRTE he won't complain) Probably the most important: Set his ambition to a very low value and his controversy too After a while you will get the message that he will retire at the end of the season. As always .... fiddling with the player attributes (especially the hidden ones) is usually a matter of common sense. You can set personalities of players so that they are hard working perfect personalities who do not complain or you can make them really bad guys who will unsettle a whole squad (perhaps when playing for a rival team ).
