Just purchased and installed the latest version and very impressed great work once again

First of all thank you for your effort and great job trough all this years.
My question is will it miniFMRTE be available for this instance of your product, and if it will, will it come with switching to a full game mode or maybe earlier?

it was available when we initially Beta tested

only the Dev can update on this and he is pretty busy now

he will update when free

With the Facepack installer previously we had to clear the cache and reload the skin, an option which is no longer available, is there anything we should do instead?

we may have to wait until the full game comes out and see what can/cannot be done

Quality work lads. Always a fast turnaround as a software engineer I respect the skills it takes in such a short amount of time! Any idea when the Mac version will be dropped? Times like this I regret buying a Macbook 🤣 but congrats to the team on another successful release.

you can post here but you need to submit a bug report too.

Anyone with the exact same issue can add to a bug report-if your issue is not exactly the same submit your own report

Tips

NB-Are you running FMRTE as administrator-  [This is suggested/ important as most issues are caused by not running the App correctly-RIGHT CLICK ON App Run as administrator]

If getting issues make sure this box is ticked in settings -Debug Mode then save the change. Exit FMRTE and launch again.

make sure release channel is set to-stable and not Beta

Hi,

I have some trouble saving with CTRL + S, I've used earlier versions of FMRTE and usually CTRL + S works to save changes made, however for FMRTE the only way I get to save any changes, is by manually clicking the save button at the top bar. Is this intended, or is there some setting I can change to give it a shortcut?

I've tried all combinations, running as admin, running as local - beta version, stable version etc. it's the same for all.

For people playing on Linux/Steam Deck:

1. Install steamtinkerlaunch ( find info on their GitHub https://github.com/sonic2kk/steamtinkerlaunch, for Arch simply go yay -S steamtinkerlaunch )

2. Type in Terminal steamtinkerlaunch compat add

3. Restart Steam so changes apply

4. Right Click on Football Manager 26 -> Properties

5. Go to Compatibility Tab, check the force check button and select Steam Tinker Launch from the dropdown below

6. Start the game, you will get a new popup for Steam Tinker Launch, click on Menu, then from the next screen click on Game Menu

7. Thick Custom Command option and select FMRTE.exe from the file selector

8. Click on Save And Play button

And that is it, you should have FMRTE work on the same wine cfg as your Football Manager and it will recognize it.

Incredible, this tool is already available - even before the integrated editor! Awesome job by the dev. team and beta testers!

One little thing, with women's football being added. In the Danish league (and probably other leagues too), team names are the same. It's very hard to tell the difference between the Mens team and the Womens team. Perhaps coloring Womens team in green, like in FM, would be a soultion?
