I should get an update out within the hour with a version for the FM23.3.0 update numbers in the download thread will have to be reduced so get your download done as I will have to remove some of you later on[some have been there for days and not even read it/downloaded taking up space for users who want to download] when I update the link wont be active for a short time cheers

Polite notice This is not my job, I am not here 24 hours a day and as the opening post states be patient. This is my custom start date allowing you to start FM23/24 in later seasons. I have used Marituas as the country to set this up and so if you do want to use that country to be playable you cannot use this file I use this to check files I am creating to see if they are stable and work well several years in advance without the need to sim/holiday the game for many years which depending on your system/nations loaded can take hours/days! So you could start a season up to 10 years ahead using this, without having to Sim/holiday from the 22/23 season yourself in holiday mode.The start date will be early June from 2022-2032, you pick your start up from the drop down list, The game will sim Promotions and relegations still taking place. The known drawbacks if you started in say 2026 the game would be slower on its initial first start up, but only a couple of minutes more, after this it would be as normal; there is no transfer activity you would have the same squads as per 22/23 season including the same managers,[unless you have a Mod with the up to date transfers added] but once you start playing transfer activity will start again as normal. also player stats would look as though it had been one long season in player history [as said I use this to test files only ] This cannot be used with any other custom start file and is not to be posted on any other sites I am sharing this with the FMRTE community only. this tab was always here i guess, for what i can remeber, i edit the database every single year, the better one is member owned with no elections, cause i think it forces the game to not pay dividends to owners

This is already in the editor. You can go to the club you want to set it up with and add it there (if your club doesn't have any that can be edited).

@aaronmeadows contact support directly via your client area if you have lost your log in details to your original account that as an easy fix, you just reset your password no need to create a new account, and there was certainly no need to purchase a new license mate? Contact support and they will sort it for you😉 cheers

@WoodWoodthanks for the clarification I cant comment on the Bugs forum that is down to the Devs but I know that @BraCa does read/look at the feature requests like this as we discuss them and have beta tested many over the years. There needs to be better communication as you say, I try to pass on here in the forums if a feature cannot be added ETC, it can change from version to version as things change within the game that SI have tweaked so that makes it a challenge. Hey! Sorry my tone must have come across negatively. Everything you say is completely fair and had no intention to come across the way it did. I've been using FMRTE for a long time and have paid for it each year it's released so I understand how good this tool is. I have done coding yes, made a career from it but that's not what I was getting at. I see bugs in the forum that haven't been responded to in months, tons of feature requests sitting for a while too. We don't get to see behind the scenes at what works and what doesn't but we also don't get to know this either, not that I have seen on the forum. I was hoping to see some or even one of the feature requests released with version updates, which touches on communication and the fact that we don't actually know if any of them are being looked at. Absolutely no malice was behind my first message, I'm not the best at communicating thoughts.

FMRTE has now been patched to FM23.3.0 fow Windows Mac etc is being worked on now But be prepared for SI to release a hotfix/patch/update again fairly soon 😉

Hi This version of FMRTE has seen the most features added ever IIRC and some of the outstanding features like editing fixtures/results in real time by @BraCa is frankly amazing and something SI cant do😉 Have you done any coding at all? it is a complex procedure and has been pointed out many times some features make the App and or game unstable and cannot be added. I have been involved with this for years and spend time beta testing, sadly not everything we want can be added, but to reiterate this version has seen many new features added. Your highlighted comment is a joke right? This App keeps getting better and better and a lot of work goes into it frankly the price is a bargain some are asking more for editing a few players etc. It is miles better than any other IGE As regards this feature the dev I am sure will look at adding it if possible as it is something we have discussed previously.

I would imagine that the winter patch from SI is imminent so new members/users read this thread/ opening post clearly.

URGENT UPDATE i am sorry but as expected if the winter update drops this week i will not be able to update fixture and results im in the middle of a house move decorating ect ive no access to me pc atm the earliest i will be able to update these files is the week commencing 7th march you can update the file yourself be uploading them in the editor and verify them with the winter update . sorry but real life somtimes takes over

make sure you place the file in your editor data folder start a new save now select the data base 23.0 and in the drop down menu select the edited file/s you want to load after selecting the edited files you want to load press confirm then advanced set up Now select add/remove leagues you must select the top right option to get the custom date to work- its under Africa and called FMRTE Custom Start Date press confirm now on the active leagues page select culturedleftfoot league to view-only Now select the game start date bottom right hand of page select the FMRTE Custom Start Date option and the date you want from the 3 date options and press start game
