The Winter update has been released so if you start a new save I doubt the file/s will work with it they will have to be patched to the new version, I will release an update when free.

make sure you place the file in your editor data folder start a new save now select the data base 23.0 and in the drop down menu select the edited file/s you want to load after selecting the edited files you want to load press confirm then advanced set up Now select add/remove leagues you must select the top right option to get the custom date to work- its under Africa and called FMRTE Custom Start Date press confirm now on the active leagues page select culturedleftfoot league to view-only Now select the game start date bottom right hand of page select the FMRTE Custom Start Date option and select the date you want, and press start game

I should get an update out within the hour with a version for the FM23.3.0 update numbers in the download thread will have to be reduced so get your download done as I will have to remove some of you later on[some have been there for days and not even read it/downloaded taking up space for users who want to download] when I update the link wont be active for a short time cheers

Polite notice This is not my job, I am not here 24 hours a day and as the opening post states be patient. Also we dont all live in the same timezone and to reiterate this is not my job and it is me who is providing content for you. Real fixtures and tv dates (if i have correct information) and results. All FIXTURES COMPATIBLE WITH 23.2 UPDATE. I have copied all fixtures into new files so any RULE CHANGES made in the 23.2 update work eg var in Scottish Prem. I have once again altered the CARABAO CUP to match this season one match on a thurs per round i have also split the 4th round up instead of all games been played on a Tue. All files have been tested over a full season and work as intended. In real results there maybe the odd random result because of any games postponed in real life i keep to the original date to prevent fixture congestion and to keep it real for anyone starting a full season. I cant do anything about games sometimes been switched because of European or Domestic cup games. @WoodWoodthanks for the clarification I cant comment on the Bugs forum that is down to the Devs but I know that @BraCa does read/look at the feature requests like this as we discuss them and have beta tested many over the years. There needs to be better communication as you say, I try to pass on here in the forums if a feature cannot be added ETC, it can change from version to version as things change within the game that SI have tweaked so that makes it a challenge. Hey! Sorry my tone must have come across negatively. Everything you say is completely fair and had no intention to come across the way it did. I've been using FMRTE for a long time and have paid for it each year it's released so I understand how good this tool is. I have done coding yes, made a career from it but that's not what I was getting at. I see bugs in the forum that haven't been responded to in months, tons of feature requests sitting for a while too. We don't get to see behind the scenes at what works and what doesn't but we also don't get to know this either, not that I have seen on the forum. I was hoping to see some or even one of the feature requests released with version updates, which touches on communication and the fact that we don't actually know if any of them are being looked at. Absolutely no malice was behind my first message, I'm not the best at communicating thoughts.

I would imagine that the winter patch from SI is imminent so new members/users read this thread/ opening post clearly.

Works also here in combination with Debian Linux 11 and Football Manager 2023 with Steam Proton. 👍

Brilliant work guys, thanks a lot. Just as an FYI, it also works in game mode if you download and extract first, then add the file as a non-steam game. Only issue seems to be pressing the FMRTE, favourites and shortlist buttons so it needs activating before putting in game mode. Can map controls to what suits you, but I have the trackpad set as mouse with clicks as the left mouse click, 'A' set to bring the keyboard up and 'B' set as backspace. The bumpers are also set as mouse clicks. This is my preference but you may have your own. Only tested for 5 minutes in game mode but seemed to be fine
