You are totally wrong. There is a disclaimer, where it says that you use this software on your own risk, and that you should take a backup of any save games. Many types of software has early stages on new patches..., and in those there are minor bugs..., but they as well use their disclaimer awereness politic, so that they are not held responsibly by anything this softwere does to your game or hardware. So you are wrong..., yes it is anoying, but then if we CAN'T take theese errors as they come, and wait until they are fixed..., then we can always play the game without FMRTE, and "just" use SI's official editor..., but that lack a lot of things. Then ofcause we can just play the game without cheating at all.... NO ONE has forced you to use this editor, or not make a backup of your game, as it says you should.

Look, we all have the problem with the ca/pa height et al. Just be patient. Talk of suing is stupid and you wouldnt have a leg to stand on if you were moronic enough to try it (you would be laughed out of court) this kind of BS talk can only put Braca off providing this service.
