    it doesn't really matter just a low number will do it just affects the probability of whether the player gets injured

    Try the following but backup your save first. #1) Lower their rep #2) Decrease their CA/PA #3) Decrease their Ambition and Loyalty #4) Add your club to their Like Team relations #5) Add yourself in their Like Person relations There is bound to be more, it is just a case of trial and error.
