FM24 - Custom Start Date View File This Custom Start File enables you to commence the game after the standard default setup dates, making it perfect for users who wish to start midway through a season. You need to be an FMRTE license holder in order to download this file. Note that Marituas is used as the country for this setup, so if you intend to make that country playable, this file cannot be used. Please note that this file is incompatible with any other Custom Start file and should not be shared on other platforms/websites. I regularly update this file every week, allowing you to commence the game at a point you want to start a save game from. NB You can only use a Monday when using a custom a custom start date, this is a bug that has been reported to SI on several occasions going back a few years that they have not fixed. Build 5 now released This is a file to start a new save game on the 16/01/23 ideal if using real fixtures/results Mods. there have been over a thousand downloads of the file and only 2 users have expressed thanks/liking content without feedback there is no incentive for me to really continue producing files like this, so this will be the last unless things change I am removing the main Download but the files can be download by members here see the opening post cheers

this is a weekly start date Mod, so users can start a game at a particular point [usually using real results too] nothing to do with the World Cup really

There is a tab on each player which says 'Scout Information', it tells you the best position for each player, 'Position Ratings' as you posted here is to rate the players at these positions, edit these if you want the player to be rated more heavily or lower for different attributes. Higher numbers rate an attribute more highly, I have no idea why the 20's are green but they are rated lowest except for zero. Also in FMRTE there is a section which tells you the 'Recommended CA Settings', somewhat similar except in each players information tab is recommended CA (Current ability), these are the ratings used to determine that. It is best to not adjust these unless you want a very different CA than what a player has,

right getting somewhere the editor is bugged once again managed to get a workaround for a weekly start date I have had to set up a late pre season date which allows the game to start on 14/11/ 22 if I put that as a start date[which is how you normally get the file to work] then it only allows a start date in April 2022 so I have sort of fixed it but as said very buggy all changes I made in file seem wiped and names returned to default in the DB when you look at file in the editor. However in game the edited details are showing so its working but very odd.

make sure you place the file in your editor data folder start a new save now select the data base 23.0 and in the drop down menu select the edited file/s you want to load after selecting the edited files you want to load press confirm then advanced set up Now select add/remove leagues you must select the top right option to get the custom date to work- its under Africa and called FMRTE Custom Start Date press confirm now on the active leagues page select culturedleftfoot league to view-only Now select the game start date bottom right hand of page select the FMRTE Custom Start Date option and select the date you want, and press start game
