Hello, G Data Security is marking FMRTE.exe as infected file with trojan.generic.13054693 from both download locations (direct and MediaFire)

sorry if this been up before. but have issues about starting fmrte - icon dissapear!!!!! no exe file (

I have the same problem. Even adding the program to the antivirus' exceptions, it doesn't work. The only way it works for me it's turning my AV off and then starting the program.

yep its the same icon try running as administrator and reinstall

More digging on the 'webs' shows it is the latest update of .net MS framework (4.5.2). This update can cause this problems. I am now deinstalling this latest update (from 21st of March) and reinstalling v4.5.1. Will update this thread if that helps the issue, if so, it is a Microsoft related problem and this thread can be helpful for others who experience the same.

Just ran Taskmanager side by side with FMRTE and it because of this .exe file that's started when you start FMRTE: wisptis.exe This is the exe file for the 'pen and touchpad' input component.
