The Chairman status is separate to the stats for the chairman. You can find that in main page for the club within FMRTE.1 point

No probs I have no idea why having just one scout solves your issue, but it does. One of the devs says to have atleast one scout in your team and evidently, you will not get that error message. It is weird, but it works.1 point

How many scouts do you have in your team? Have you tried the Run as Administrator function?1 point
