In the game itself there is no possibility to adjust the familiarity. But ... all other teams do have the same problems since the players forget a bit during the holidays. That's what the pre season is good for Play friendlies all 3 days and with different tactics. it usually does not take too long for the players to become familiar with their tactics again .... unless you changed them completely In FMRTE you can easily set the familiarity to 100 Hint: Set the values after the players are back from their holidays During the season break the game lowers the values again.1 point
