This is why I said lets wait for the Dev to elaborate😉 eg the system 4-3-3 in game isnt called that in FMRTE it is 4-1-2-3 I believe it will work but we need to know the correct value to enter is it just 4-1-2-3 or 4-1-2-3 DM Wide or 4-1-2-3DMWide it has to be exactly right please be careful in future using terms like that as I do not want to warn/ban users due to something like this, but it is sorted now😉 I will add this to things I discuss with Braca and I will update the thread if I get clarification happy editing

Hi The option to set a preset is there, and therefore in theory be able to mass edit but I have had to add the value myself and didnt get it to work as intended so only @BraCa can confirm if this does work and what goes into the value field to get the desired result cheers

There are only 2 available options that do not have DM preset, that is poor

I was impatient! 🤣 But what I meant is that I successfully gave Ancelotti the 433 narrow favourite formation (it’s called like that in FMRTE) instead of the preset 4123… and he couldn’t handle it! It was a total disaster for Real Madrid, and Ancelotti got sacked after ten matches. FM24 simply can’t handle any formation without a DM, except for the 442 which is still very leacky. I guess that’s also why, when you load the game, such formations such as 433 narrow are not saved - the game is not programmed to use them. Just the way it is, I’m afraid.

yes as my post above states they can be random which is frustrating for all concerned a bug we all are getting is easier to find/fix The Dev is aware and working on it thanks for your patience he has released several updates already he will get a fix out as soon as he can cheers

Hi I know this is your first post but please dont post on a random thread that has nothing to do with your question/s, search for the answer if none found, start your own thread You cannot do either using an in game editor it has to be done with pre game editor read this please-follow it for any future posts cheers

you have to edit their future transfer of the players concerned you can change everything player/fee/club/dates etc

Hi Thanks for the detailed input😉 open a bug report-copy the above post to save time try exiting FMRTE then starting it again and see if an error log is generated now I am not on Mac, not getting this issue on Windows what does the player’s wages show in game? and do you remember what you have edited prior to this issue staring? cheers
