I can confirm @culturedleftfoot clone center still has this bug It will be fixed with build 28

I have updated the Denmark file to advanced rules There may be an issue with this fixture-the file and our system is correct 19/02/2024 18:00 Vejle Boldklub Aarhus Gymnastik Forening 0 - 0 on testing the game is moving this fixture to 18/2/24 and not recording the correct result, this could be a bug as it should still play on the 19/2/24-hopefully this gets resolved with the next version of the file and the next round of fixtures in real life is - in game 100% accurate -[so pointing to a bug in the game] The issue may be with some of the leagues have multiple rules like this- there are stages within stages and some hidden rules which is impossible to resolve as you cannot access them

Take a look at this screenshot below. It will show which to click ... Firstly you need to double click on the players you want to make home grown status so they come up in their own tab. And then for each player click on ... Then click the SAVE Button after you have done this for each player. Then click on the RELATIONS tab. And change any instances that show anything about another club. Click SAVE again for each player. You will have to progress 1 Day in the saved game for changes to take affect/effect.
