This is my custom start date allowing you to start FM23/24 in later seasons. I have used Marituas as the country to set this up and so if you do want to use that country to be playable you cannot use this file I use this to check files I am creating to see if they are stable and work well several years in advance without the need to sim/holiday the game for many years which depending on your system/nations loaded can take hours/days! So you could start a season up to 10 years ahead using this, without having to Sim/holiday from the 22/23 season yourself in holiday mode.The start date will be early June from 2022-2032, you pick your start up from the drop down list, The game will sim Promotions and relegations still taking place. The known drawbacks if you started in say 2026 the game would be slower on its initial first start up, but only a couple of minutes more, after this it would be as normal; there is no transfer activity you would have the same squads as per 22/23 season including the same managers,[unless you have a Mod with the up to date transfers added] but once you start playing transfer activity will start again as normal. also player stats would look as though it had been one long season in player history [as said I use this to test files only ] This cannot be used with any other custom start file and is not to be posted on any other sites I am sharing this with the FMRTE community only. This project is where legends are added to the game as new/future Regens, initially I had it working in FM21 But due to SI changes it was not working in FM22, they blocked some files, but I have ran tests and it seems to be working in FM 23 👍 it will depend on the various nations when the intake of regens happens in game it could be a year after start date [This is not placed in your editor data folder it is not a FMF or XML file] The file is an edt file so it is placed here- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data\database\db\2300\edt\permanent YOU ALSO NEED TO ADD THIS TO THE 2330 AND 2340 UPDATES TOO-[and any future new games eg FM24] C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data\database\db\2330\edt\permanent C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data\database\db\2340\edt\permanent C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2024\data\database\db\2400\edt\permanent C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2024\data\database\db\2430\edt\permanent NB You need to start a new save for this to work you can edit[use notepad++] the file to suite your needs perhaps add yourself/anyone as a future regen so add/remove as you wish I will show how its done in the next few posts This is not to be posted on any other sites without my permission There is the option to add - minus values for PA instead of fixed values eg you could try -9 instead of a fixed 180 etc etc I have added the top 3 players in the file with -minus PA and they do work in game I am once again sharing this file with the community here further testing is needed by you on things like this minus PA you can try this yourself and report back note this file I worked on FOR FM21[didnt work in FM22] so the year of births should be made later if you want these legends to start as youth players later in game I would say 2006/ 2007 [and keep increasing the year to stagger the intake so if you dont want them all in the game at the same time] as a starting year in 2023 making them 16 NB if and when there are any updates to the game the file will have to be added to DB update folders eg Football Manager FM23 2300 2310 2330 2340 Football Manager FM24 2400 2430 How to download- Direct link for FMRTE license holders only- FutureRegen.edt Just Like and subscribe to this post/s to get the content do not PM or tag me asking for the file just like the post. @dev0👆

This year obviously Brexit has occurred in real life and so the option as with previous versions was just to remove the Agreement change or edit it. This year the agreement tab is empty i.e. Brexit has happened the UK has left the EU so England has to again return to the European Union if you want to reverse Brexit. so go to nations in the Database - as soon as you click nations it will load a list of countries, so either search for England or scroll down the list and click on England Now click on Information tab- Agreements tab appears in the drop down menu-click on that You need to click Add to get the 2 agreements back Then use search to select the agreements you want to add you need 2 [as image above] when you press Add initially it will add European Union by default You can add the start dates if you wish as the image below shows Build 1-So this will be a test file to see if changing these does stop Brexit and address the work permit issues.[to use with default DB only] - How to download- Fmrte Users direct download- Culturedleftfoot No Brexit FM23.fmf Like this post to get the content and for further files to be added in future, like those posts/updates when future updates/builds are added any questions ask on this thread not by PM If you are a new member your posts will need to be approved be patient and I will add you to the download content when I have the time. As always Download the file and paste them in Documents \Sports Interactive \Football Manager 2023 \editor data folder if there isnt an editor data folder create one[using lower case do not use caps ] Open the game and start a new career Select Database Then a drop down menu appears of all the files in your edited data folder make sure the file/s you want to use are checked with a tick and then you are good to go NB delete all older versions of this file you should only have one in your editor data folder If there is an update to the game the file may not work in the new DB read the FAQ[30] to resolve this.

Polite notice This is not my job, I am not here 24 hours a day and as the opening post states be patient. Also we dont all live in the same timezone and to reiterate this is not my job and it is me who is providing content for you. Some users have posted several times, tagged me@ and PM me also[The opening post clearly states DO NOT PM to get the Download link] they either haven't read the post stating please read, or they think this does not apply to them, this stops now, its rude and entitled. If you do this from now on I will just not add you to the download link, and warnings/bans will be issued if it continues. You just have to read the opening post if you are a new user/ the recent recommended posts - like/thank posts like/thank the latest build to get added/re-added to the download link, as every week a new link will be added. PLEASE DO NOT PM/TAG me me asking for the download, if you do your PM/post will get deleted. right getting somewhere the editor is bugged once again managed to get a workaround for a weekly start date I have had to set up a late pre season date which allows the game to start on 14/11/ 22 if I put that as a start date[which is how you normally get the file to work] then it only allows a start date in April 2022 so I have sort of fixed it but as said very buggy all changes I made in file seem wiped and names returned to default in the DB when you look at file in the editor. However in game the edited details are showing so its working but very odd.

make sure you place the file in your editor data folder start a new save now select the data base 23.0 and in the drop down menu select the edited file/s you want to load after selecting the edited files you want to load press confirm then advanced set up Now select add/remove leagues you must select the top right option to get the custom date to work- its under Africa and called FMRTE Custom Start Date press confirm now on the active leagues page select culturedleftfoot league to view-only Now select the game start date bottom right hand of page select the FMRTE Custom Start Date option and select the date you want, and press start game
