    it would appear that as per the workaround[covered in the FAQs] on how to make a player stay at a club by changing the start date/join date to be in the future, the same could be used to keep staff at a club- it is something I havent tried but in FMRTE 22 it looks like this isnt working as it was in FMRTE 21 a direct option would be great and it has been requested already, anyone wanting it vote for it in linked thread couple of posts above😉

    that for De Gea is already in game [left highlighted part of image] as explained trying to add settled[right side of image ] it doesnt show country or allow you to change it from person

    there is no such feature you can stop the human player being sacked only, it has been requested in the suggestion forum in the sticky poll thread
