    yes that should be fine even give them english second nationality so they keep original country try it

    you would need to it pre game and NB some leagues have specific rules stopping this so you need to make sure that is removed

    I presume you mean in England? work permits cant be edited with an in game editor you need to address pre game removing Brexit/adding section nationality etc is the way to do it in a save game
