I've just bought this editor and would appreciate if someone could explain if I'm doing something wrong. I load my saved game in FM18, and then click 'load game' in FMRTE. I navigate to my team and click on the players individually, editing their attributes as desired. Every few players I hit 'save'. When I check my saved game, only some of the players have altered attributes. The others are unchanged, and I can't see why that would be the case. I've tried reloading the saved game, but still only some of the players have the changes I've made through the editor. Is there something obvious that, as a new user of the editor, I may be missing here? If there's a step-by-step guide anywhere I could use, that'd be great as well! I'm used to the official in-game editor, so using a completely different program is a bit confusing. If a player has the future transfer arranged - how can I cancel it? At AC Milan, Niang has future transfer to Torino arranged but i want to keep him at Milan. Is there a way to cancel the transfer ? Im having a problem with the players clauses, it suddenly turn wierd. And has not correlation with the clauses in the game. And if i modified something in them it will make crash the game. how does one adjust the scout information ?? have amending part and full, saving and reloading game but still as original

The "is covered" , "retractable roof" and "undersoil heating" don't work when i click on them and sim the game for the next days. Is there a bug to it? Also, can we change a stadium's name? I tried editing it with fmrte i can't do it. We could do it in earlier versions

hi! this might seem like a stupid question, but im wondering how CA would work for this scenario. ill try to explain best i can. 1. say i got a squad full of 200 PA players at young age. They all have REALLY crappy stats, like 1-5 on most of the stats. and all their CA is, say 50ish. If i would raise the CA, to say..160. Would that mean that progressing a few weeks ingame would see their stats all raise to a level that matches their new 160 CA, or would that mean that the crappy stats between 1-5 now represent 160CA, and they can only gain 1-2 +points on their stats? im wondering because i kinda have a squad like that =) Made up squad from regens, all 180ish PA but crappy stats, im nearing the end of year to and now they are all 100ish CA, but the stats still sucks and i thought they would have progressed a bit more due to matches and GREAT facilities/coaches. And instead of +1 all stats in FMRTE, or even worse..going through player for player adding a bit of stats for all stats i thought i might have the luck that i can just bump the CA up a bit. i know the role +1 is there..since i was the one suggestion it to be added. But i want to bump up the other stats a bit because they are abusmally low for my players.. not very well rounded =)

Evening, I used to use this editor a number of years ago. I have just downloaded and seen you need to pay which is fine but will this work for me using fmm18 and fmt 18 and use iTunes to load the games and update it that way etc? Excuse the questions before I get a telling off but tried finding my answer but couldn't. Basically will it work just the editor the games and windows iTunes to transfer the games

I don't see anything to create a new player. Only change them from the existing database, like creating Wonderkids. Is this possible with FMRTE? Would I be able to create/add some extra young players to my B squad, not just Wonderkids? Or is FM hardcoded to prevent this? I'm playing the Touch version BTW. Thanks in advance

Every time I try to change the fee or wages involved in a future transfer, the game refuses to save them. Searches are also very slow. This seemed to speed up slightly when I deleted an older version of RTE (16) but still takes a frustrating amount of time. Weirdly, if I do another search immediately afterwards, it's as instantaneous as it should be, but if I do something else between searches, the next search becomes slow again. I've tried deleting and reinstalling RTE, to no avail. Every previous version I've used has worked perfectly. If anyone's experienced these issues and has some advice, it'd be appreciated. Not reported in the bugs forum because I haven't got an error report. Using FM version 18.3.3, FM RTE 18.3.3 (build 26). Am running as administrator, not an SI tester.

Hi, Is there a way to transfer a staff ( trainer) to your club, without having to use the swap option? Like you can choose a new club for any player? Seems i can't find it for staff....thx

Is there an easy way to Heal the entire team except for one specific player. I see no option to click all/invert selection. How can I keep one of my players out a long time and the rest of my squad match fit and healthy quickly? Thanks in advance.

hi, I noticed that on old opus I could change the way a coach to see his philosophy (see picture frames) we can not anymore? my 2nd picture shows options on fmrte that I do not understand, example what is the use of "attaking training" how does it affect the coach? thank you if you have a guide to what the preselection options are for fmrte I am interested because I think it has a potential that I do not exploit

i have freezed the players but the attributes keep's getting lower

I’m playing FM Touch. I just acquired a non-EU player while coaching AC Milan via transfer. I saw no message saying that I must empty a non-EU slot in order to allow him to play. Is there a way to edit his non-EU eligibility with FMRTE? Just changing his country of origin does nothing and I see no other options with the editor unless I’m missing something Thanks

When I increase the transfer budget in fmrte18, the increased amount is shown under the "board request" menu - but the "transfer budget" in the "finances" and "scouting" menu is stil 0. And when I try to sign a player, I am told I have no money in my transfer budget - so I cant buy the player. Help`?

Loading, playing and saving FM2018 is completely fine until i use FMRTE18. The editor loads fine but as soon as i have finishing editing the game crashes. I have tried reinstalling both the game and the editor but same result. Iv also tried to upload the error message on screen but the file is too big to attach on here. Can anyone help?

At the start of the season ive change my transfer budget and balance. Now in december i dont meet the requirements for financial fair play for next season Champions league. Is Their a way to fix this in like 6 months so that i can quality for the Champions League?
