I have had a look and it looks very much like an oversight for Settled Status.  When searching for a country, it brings up players instead.  I am sure he is aware and will fix as soon as possible.

that for De Gea is already in game [left highlighted part of  image]

Yeah, yeah.  I saw that De Gea has the Settled Status relation.  As I mentioned above, actually searching for a country produces no results as player names are shown instead of countries.  I am sure he is aware and will fix asap.

determination/positioning/professionalism/temperament  are ones to increase I would suggest consistency too

 

also the main thing would be top youth coaches/club coaching set up😉

He states potential ability not current ability.  PA is fixed.

Yeah.  Sorry.  I did not read it properly.  I thought he wanted to increase the PA.

 

You have missed out Ambition and Natural Fitness.  I don't think Positioning is one as that position related not personality related.

I have found that by increasing positioning it actually improves a player massively 

IMO too it isnt a personality trait  but it seems to assist development immensely

Very interesting 🤔 In FM, Positioning is linked to only defensive players whilst Movement/Off the Ball is associated with attacking players.

yes agreed😉

 

I would associate positioning with more defensive players too but it does overlap with attackers also but not as much, a poacher who gets in the right position etc

Is it possible to edit the teams participating in a competition with this tool? Eg my U18 currently is without league, can i put them in an exisiting U18 league and kick another team out of it?
