Is there a stadium editor for fm2020 that i can purchase to upgrade the stadiums myself?

There is no stadium editor here.  Ask this in the official FM forums.  You might have a better response or better luck there.

3d editor? do you have a link?

It is in the fmrte20 editor, just do a search for the name of the ground your team plays in, the result will come up as stadium, then click on that, then 3d option, from there you can change your stadium stands and seating etc.

Yes mate this has been an option for years really.

 

You dont even have to search  for the stadium separately it will show in the club info page on the right under stadium so especially if you are wanting to edit other teams stadium just type the club name as its easier especially if you are unsure of what the actual stadium is called😉

But there is no such thing as making the stadium oval or something right? All stadiums look the same. When you change the capacity it is getting tiered stands.

You are correct the FMRTE editor is VERY basic
