What bugs/issues did you encounter: 

What is your FM version: Fm 19.0.3

What is your FMRTE version: 19

Which operating system are you using: Windows 10

If I click in the Languages section, and ADD or CHANGE a language the effect does not take place.

 

Example - If I signed a young Brazillian, clicked on the Languages section, clikced the "+" and add ENGLISH (10)

nothing happens and in languages it still just shows Brazilian (Portuguese)

I've tested this and I can Add languages.

Can you upload your savegame to dropbox (or something like that) and tell me step-by-step how to reproduce this issue?

Just tested and others seem to work, I've been trying to set someone to English 10 but after saving and continuing it kept reverting back to 3.

I just tried with US English and it worked immediately. But I can't get it to work with English, it simply reverts back.

Are you running FMRTE as Administrator? I have tested here your scenario wasn't able to replicate you issue:

are you on build 4 of FMRTE?

It works with build 4

Yes I'm on the latest build! That's strange! I tried it on all my foreign youngsters and they all revert back! A work around I've found is to set it to US English 10, save, then change to English and it seems to stay 😕
