ERROR - Cannot Activate Client........ after installing new FMRTE 14.3.1 build 36 - the client still ask me to update to new FMRTE...... THIS IS SUCKS

hi guy, today i have cash with FMRTE 14.3.1 build 36 , i load game okey, but when i search or choose team or anything, my FMRTE having cash , i try reinstall FMRTE but cash again, anyboy help me ? thank 

14.3.1.36 crashes when loading a game on my pc :(. Send an error.log to support.

 

Edit: Just found out I still had a setupfile for 14.3.1.35. That one is working :).

I am running Steam in "offline" mode and the last two days it tells me that an update for my Steam install is available which obviously I have not installed as I am unsure if it will affect my game. Is it ok to install this update to Steam or will it affect my FMRTE 14.3.1.36 install?.

It is fine.  Just ignore or install that update and FMRTE will still work.

I have just re-downloaded FMRTE, but I keep getting the error message about unable to connect to the server to re-activate my license...

I found a bug. The 'freeze' option not save when u close and open the app. even when I let the 'freeze stats when fmrte opens' option enabled.

Solution?

All that is is a Steam update not an FM update.  If the game was updated then there is reason to panic.

since updating to build 36, i am unable to use FMRTE. when i search for something is just loads up a blank search screen and doesn't show any results.

Regarding the error.log file upload the best solution is probably to use one of the file sharing website like https://www.dropbox.com/ or http://www.mediafire.com/ and then send us the link.

Indeed and i am sorry for the delay, regarding your erro.log i can't see anything wrong with it and everything seems to be working as expected, please send me a support ticket just so we can continue to diagnose the problem.
