Is there a way I can make my chairman leave in order for me to make a new richer one join?

Lower his stats completely.  Use the presets (Very poor, Legend, Average, etc...) in his profile page to change his profile accordingly.

Why not just make him richer?

 

"Resources" and "Business" are two stats that are related to that.

Additionally you could use the option 'sugardaddy' or 'underwriter' to give the clubs way more rescources available

I presume maximizing the values for Resources and Business give a bigger cashflow to the owner - how soon does it show to the club though? Have you any timeline examples?

do this changing chairman does not always get you extra cash etc....infact could be opposite
