So, I've read through the thread here, to find more information on the "Professionalism 127 hack"
It is working quite good for me, but I've also read, that it might reset to 1 or 20 after a while? But if you 'freeze' Professionalism, it should'nt right?
Or am I missing something. Have anyone tested to see how long it stays at 127?

PS. Someone know what the difference to 74 and 127 is, besides the obvious better growth maybe?

With 74 you can put the original value of the player in professionalism after selling. If you dont care about that, than there is no difference.

if you want to make sure you win, i think so.

But even if you go with 10.000 you should be able to overachive in a "realistic" way.

Even with only 32767 in gk you will have good results.

Guys can someone help me: my problem is that i keep winning, like literally keep winning, i tried to remove and freeze only the attributes ( because my main goal is to just freeze the players attributes and let them only increase ) but for some reason i just keep winning, and please do keep in mind im so crap at making tactics, but even with that i find myself winning 7-1 against Chelsea. is there maybe anything i need to change in the freezing settings. ( The players haven't been modded, so like i didn't change their professionalism or anything like that )

Play a few more games and check the profile of the players see if anything actually improve.

@king booker you got some stuff in this page with the freezer and you actually can have "realistic" results.

Both professional 99 and 127 after a month only produced yellow up diagonal arrows, not direct up green arrows.

So I guess it's not all that powerful a training hack, but still very useful.

How is your save?

Any ideas how to get 0-0, 1-1 or any other draws results? I've tried to play with maxed goalkeepers params vs lowered down teams' params(sharpeness, conditions and etc) but it is still either non-determenistic(like native game results) or my 100% winnings.

Do you mean there is in community some special well-known tactic for this case? I've tried to invent one by myself and even got some success(with using some fmrte presets before matches), but unfortunately it requires some specific player roles with no suitable players in lower leagues.

Personaly I dont like to play the entire career while appointing non-suitable players to this roles. This breaks the game's autenticity as for me.

So I have two options - either find another ultra-defensive/engine-breaking tactic to use, or find some way to change existing player's level of the role's knowledge.

I'm playing fm2020 but I suggest the pattern of solutions will be mostly the same, for example aforementioned tactic was invented by me based on fm2024 tactic.

If you play instant result like me this is what you should do:
Condition 17000 attacking tactic.
Condition 17000 super defensive tactic and waste of time.

Create game plan.
If you are tied or losing by 1 or more goals attacking tactics
If you are winning by 2 or more goals, use a super defensive tactic to secure the result.

With this I managed to move up from the 2nd Czech division to the first. To be champion in the first Czech division. Win the domestic cups. Win the Champions League in the third season with an average team.

I'm happy with this approach.
