FM20: Cannot remove transfer embargo on Chelsea?

Chelsea got e transfer embargo for half a year. I tried to modify the expire date to the next day, it did not work. 
Tried to modify the start date from 01/01/1900 to the current date or 1 day before, no go.
Tried to modify the apeal date as well, but as soon as i refresh it, it went back to Nov 2019 but start and expire dates were alright
Tried to create new seasons, but still the same.
idk what to do

Stadium Expansion Edit Tab Not Appearing

Hi 
 
I'm reporting this bug as instructed in the Forums 
 
It seems once the expansion has been approved and current under construction. However the edit tab does not appear. In fact I have never managed to get it in the last 3 years of FMRTE
 
I have looked everywhere including activation of advance features (under the settings)

Unavaible to edit "Sell on clause"

Hi,
 
Previous to the last FMRTE update I use to sell my players with a low "Sell on clause" over future profits, then, when the transfer was made, I edited it on FMRTE to 50% over a zero price, so I would get half of the future transfers as profits to my club. 
 
But with the last update it's not possible to do that, the % value disapear and the amount of money that they paid for the player is lost too.

Swap staff bug

I want to be Spain's Manager, and I untick the 'Swaping option' because I don't want to lose my current job at the club (Espanyol), just to replace the current Spanish Manager. FMRTE says that is has been done successfully but it doesn't, I don't have the job at Spain.
 
* Anyway, if you don't untick the swapping option, you current job at the club is taken over by the Spanish Manager and you end up unemployed (instead of the job at Spain).
 
There's a bug here.

Search fIlter

I am unable to see the search button in the search filter. Could you add a scroll bar so I can scroll down to the search and cancel button please. Alternatively am I able to shrink the search screen?

Limitation of Board

Hello, 

I've two problems.

1) When I modifie the board limitation (coaching, physio, scout, ...), the game does not take it into account.
2) When I change the limitation of the number of scouts, if i refresh the page of FMRTE it is the initial number that comes back. This second problem seems to concern only the scouts.

Manager Options keep changing

Hey,
 
First off, thank you for such an amazing program! you continue to do an amazing job! I am currently experiencing an issue in regards to the Manager options  ( 3 boxes - become unsackable, allow squad registration anytime and allow squad numbers anytime).
 
No matter which/or all i select, once i have saved the action. if i refresh or come back to sad screen, it constantly changes to different boxes being selected and unselected and it seems to limit the selction saved to 2 out of the 3 boxes - but in random..
 
I selected to be unsackable and had a good moan at the board of my club but then i got sacked. i reloaded the game and tested it 5 times and got sacked 3 times as it had changed and then i realised something was amiss.
 
i hope that makes sense..
 
any help would be greatly appreciated
