Update got a lot of testing done so far App is really stable couple of issues that the Dev will look at fixing The main issue for me has been getting used to the UI in game and how it is so much harder than looking at things in FMRTE- eg staff attributes are numerical in FMRTE as it always has been in game/App now in game SI have categories so something showing as 20 in FMRTE displays as elite in game Further testing has to be done but are well into it and once Braca is happy a version will be released on site

Quick update :) We have started our internal beta testing, if everything goes smoothly, I expect to release it to the public later this week (macOS / steam deck, might take a little bit longer)

Further Update Some really positive news Braca has done his magic and he is just testing that the Beta version is stable, and running some last tests on it. Glad to hear that Barca and team are getting success on the Fmrte 26 Beta! Kudos to all involved!!! I know I'm a little late, but I still wish to express my offer to help out with beta testing too, if any additional slots are available! I'm a Fmrte user since the first release for FM13, and every year(less 2025) until now without fail. Please do consider me for beta testing too!!! Playing FM without the Fmrte makes me feel so lost... hahaha.

It's a brand new engine, things are stored differently, finding the correct place for each individuals Fitness for example may be stored in a 4 byte number with a certain address on FM 24 but could now be stored in a float with a completely different address now. Finding this stuff takes time. Ensuring that each thing gets to the appropriate thing takes longer. As well as developing for Mac, Linux and PC are completely different for each one, depending on how you build the software it is not necessarily just an easy port.

It looks like there has been yet another update to the game it is now 26.1.2 there is no need for any further posts concerning this including starting new threads or PM staff. Please also do not ask when an update will be released as that is down to the developer. The Dev will be aware and an update will be released for all versions that need one in due course Cheers

Thats why fm is in beta and FMRTE will be in beta. Beta means: A beta stage is a phase in software development where a product is released to a limited group of external users for testing before its official launch. During this stage, the product is feature-complete but may still have bugs, and the main goal is to gather user feedback to identify and fix issues, improve performance, and refine the user experience. This is also known as "beta testing" So if you dont like something about the game report it. They will probably improve it. Cheers

The Dev will release a new Build when he can to whatever platforms need an update. This is going to happen a lot as FM26 will need countless fixes by the look of it, so when it happens again state what platform you are using and if you are Beta testing for SI. It's just muscle memory. I've been playing since last night and quite honestly, this is a great version. Previous ones had gotten really boring. This year's is quite immersive.

I've found the issue, will try to release an update soon. In the meantime, changing the compatability type to Proto 10, or just untick the "Force..." should do the trick

Hello guys, An update to support the Console version should be released later this week.

In the player search you have the gender option, which is very handy! But this isn't available in the club section. Would be very handy there too if that would be possible :)

1- It would be great if when searching for a player there was a filter to include the player's place of birth. I would really like to find a player from my city, or from specific cities. 2- Having an option to include the youth rating column in searches by nation.

IMO the finances wont get fixed until the date new sponsorships deals[add new ones too] get generated, a transfer window happens and/or at the start of a new season when budgets get adjusted just change the finances to what you want using FMRTE to generate a forced takeover is random,you may/may not get a tycoon unless you have set up takeovers pre game this way you will see finances change as soon as the takeover happens,try it also change the club's vision to increase revenue etc etc a search of the forums using tycoon shows results, can you encourage users to do this you answered before-

Another one like you here, but I've been using FMRTE since its free versions. I don't remember exactly, but I think it was around 2008/2009. Back then, I didn't have any gray hair and weighed 30 kilos less.😁 I was also late to help with the Beta; I'll have to wait for the first version to come out. Best regards.

Thank you for the update!!! I purchased FMRTE late Saturday due to reading negative In Game Editor Reviews so decide to support Indie devs... An FM update drops Monday meaning I can't use FMRTE anymore... 🙄 Lessons learned, don't update FM till checking out if theres an FMRTE Update 😂

Get it, because I’ve only run into this problem on FMRTE26. But it’s been going on since the Beta, and with FM26 not being that enjoyable right now, it’s kind of annoying, and drived me crazy, so my tone came off a bit strong. But I really hope this issue can be fixed soon, and wish Fmrte keeps getting better along with Fm26🙂.
