    I deactivated, uninstall FMRTE, put name in exclusion. restart and install old version first, then install the current version, all go fine now.

    I run into this with Norton, sometimes. In F-Secure, you should be able to go into options, and set a file type exclusion, or go into the incident report, and tell F-Secure that this program is fine. http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security-for-PC/How-do-I-exclude-a-file-or/ta-p/15398
