In the FM14 editor that you also download on steam, that maxes out at 200,000 seat stadium. So if that is the case, in the game a stadium can't have more than 200,000 seats. But try pumping up the average attendance at the stadium in the clubs information page on FMRTE and see if the crowd gets higher than 200,0001 point
