    2 Options Export the Staff Profile First - Edit his Reputation to 1 & offer him job - He will accept much lower wage - When he joins your club you can import back his profile and tick mark "Is retiring after spell at current club" - This will make him stay with you and always rejecting other clubs offer. Take a very bad coach and import the profile on him or edit his attributes to match the stats you want. Staff Edit.pdf
