FMRTE 19 for 32-bit Desktop PC?

I download the trial version of FMRTE19 for my 32-bit PC. When I run the setup, it says it needs NET Framework that can only be installed for 64-bit PC.

Is there any method so that I can install and run the FMRTE19 in my 32-bit PC?
