Work Permit/Rules Working On FMRTE 19?

Hi.

 

Is the work permit system for FMRTE 19 working yet? I looked at England and viewed the rules section on FMRTE 19 and it doesnt show anything.

If the feature is there and is not working, then the devs need to fix it.  If the feature is not there, the devs have disabled it for now.

The feature to view Work Permits in the Rules section is there, it just doesnt show anything.
