Is there an easy way to Heal the entire team except for one specific player. I see no option to click all/invert selection. How can I keep one of my players out a long time and the rest of my squad match fit and healthy quickly?

There is not, sorry.  How much long term? Increase his Injury Proneness then he will out for a long time.

if its your squad give him an injury then move him to your b squad /u23etc so you can use the heal option freely on all squad then

Thanks for the replies. I'm playing the Touch version and my assistant does all training. I get a lot of injuries to my B squad as well. I just have to deal with it. Too bad there wasn't a separate Injury Squad.
