My Norton Internet Security is telling me that FMRTE18 set-up contains w32.mandaph, which is a known Trojan/malware......has anyone else had this or can anyone here shed any light on it? Thanks.

This is a false positive.  Add an exclusion/exception to Norton to ignore this file.

I use norton and it always tries to block the initial download of FMRTE once you do as @GREYFOX says there is no issue, as long as you are downloading the app from this site only
