I can't seem to find the option to edit competition rules......

Which operating system are you using:windows 10 

Are you referring to the competition itself or the rules of the competition? Regarding the rules, that is not possible as far as I know in the software.  This can be done in the pre-game editor.  For the competition itself, all you do is search for the competition.

You can edit league tables of playable nations

You never could edit the rules or has been suggested you can

 

I and some other users have requested this if you want it added upvote/like the suggestion

here is the info on the store page, what FMRTE can do re editing comps it is clear what it does, at no point is there anything saying you can edit the rules
