After updating my mac system,I cannot activate

Featured Replies

Did you try to activate the software as you had done previously? Try restarting your Mac.  Some updates require this to be fully integrated into the OS.

Hi,

It seems not work. After restarting my Mac, it said: "you reached the maximum number of activations for your license key".

Licenses

(a) When you have purchased a license, exercise patience and the developers will issue your license as soon as possible.

(b) When you have exceeded your activations limit, log into your client area and click the reset activations button.  The respondent will then decide whether your reason(s) for requesting a reset is/are valid.

(c) If you are being asked for a free license anywhere in the forum, report them as soon as possible.  When submitting the report, include as much information as possible.

(d) All issues relating to licenses are to be reported through your client area.
