Looking at the money neymar, dembele, and mbappe cost(Over 175 million each) I was wondering if there was a way to increase the amount the ai bids using fmrte? Because I know in the pre game editor you can change the cost teams have to bid for players but it doesnt work for ongoing saves. So I was wondering if fmrte has a feature you could change the amount the ai values and bids for players?

you cant do as per pre game editor does as you outline

however you can edit what a club bids 

so for example in your save Barca could bid £40m for coutinho and liverpool may accept this .....so it generates a transfer proposal tab you may think in current market he would go for £100m+ edit the amount accordingly
