WHEN I ACTIVATE IT WITH THE CODE A GET THEY SAY UNKNOWN ACTIVATION ERROR BUT IT GET GREEN IN THE SCREEN ..IT SAYS THAT FMRTE INFORMATION OUTDATED CHECK FOR NEWER VERSION  THE GAME IS 17.1.1 AND FMRTE SUPPORT 17.1.1 WHATS WRONG

Please do not post in capital letters as it indicates that you are shouting.  Which method did you choose to activate your license?

if you are using fm touch fmrte isnt compatible with this yet 

i use like to activate it online

Please try to use our offline activation system to se if it temporary solves the problem: http://www.fmrte.com/offlineactivation

Have you clicked in the check for update button?

Please make sure your firewall is not blocking FMRTE from reaching our server.

Last but no least try to just simply uninstall FMRTE re download it (http://www.fmrte.com/forums/files/file/23-fmrte-17-for-windows/) and reinstall

have you tried uninstalling FMRTE and reinstalling? 

Sorry to butt in, but are you using FM Touch by any chance? That could be the issue.

i have reinstall fmrte twice have reinstall fm 17 to..  no not touch ,i think it,s maybe communicationproblem  between fmrte and fm 17 fmrte cant identify version on fm 17 

Interesting.  Is your firewall allowing FMRTE to access the internet?
