please make sure you are running FMRTE as Administrator (right click on FMRTE icon select "Run as Administrator") this is the most common issue for the behavior you are describing.

I know Braca has posted it on main page of bugs forum, but perhaps it needs to be put in bold on top of all forums:D

and in bold for any further downloads
