What sort of editing should be done? I have made my rep world class, remove their entire staffs and yet Man Utd do not offer or show any interest.

Go to Relations and make you a favourite personnel with 100. And your favourite club on your profile (relations) as 100 Man utd also. And then apply for the vacant job. That will help you. Also depends what trophies you win in the game.

 Tried that as well. Failed to impact. Any other suggestions.

 

I even lowered Man Utd rep, but yet no offer from them.

What experience do you have as a manager? Which trophies have you won? What is your managerial career like in terms of wins, draws and losses?

Sooner or later you will get offers from premier league clubs but...

You have to be very successful first.

 

When you start as a Skrill N/S team and get promoted continuously, win all cups (not FA cup in the first season but FA trophy, later the League Cup when you reached 2nd Division) after a few seasons one of the Premier League teams will step up to you after they fired their manager.

 

They won't of couse when they are successful themselves
