Do not PM questions post them here, but read the 2x recommended posts first and follow the FAQ

The files are for the 2023/24 Season only, they are verified and working correctly

The direct download link  for FMRTE license holders is HERE

Read this guide how to use the files HERE

[NB You can only use one set of nation rules per nation

it has always been like that- eg you cant use my real results file for Spain with another Mod that has edited nation rules for Spain such as a lower leagues Mod for that nation]

NB these files are for the 23/24 season only and will stop when those fixtures are completed

Make sure you are downloading the correct file/s there are 2 options

one for the 24.0 Default DB and one for the 24.3 DB

There will be no files for 24/25 season due to the cancellation of FM25.

The 25/26 season fixtures will be looked at once the FM26 Editor is released and depending if it is even  possible to do.

We wont know until there is access to  FM26 as SI are changing many things, and if I have the time to do it, or want to continue this.

Limitations

[1]NB Leagues that have a split set up [EG-Wales JD Premier League half way through season it splits to a top 6/bottom 6 only playing each other] might be impossible to replicate as it can be layers within layers of hidden rules that you cant access and even when you can the game refuses to accept the fixtures for the 'split'.

Read the below quote from SI-

Quote

[2]Add cup results- you cannot add results for any cup competitions domestic/continental including play off games

[3]Most of the 'major' leagues have seasons that run over 2 years eg-starting in 2023 finishing in 2024 which causes no issues.

But some leagues  run over one year only from roughly April  to December

[Norway,Sweden,Brazil,Argentina,USA,Mexico,Belarus] and so it will only be possible to have fixtures/results for the first season namely 2023.

So these results will stop when that  2023 season finishes

The game reads this as the season is completed and so does our system here.

It will not be possible to have the fixtures/results for those leagues starting their 2024 season in say April 2024 as it causes  conflicts and there is no fix for this.

Those will be added once The FM25 editor is released and if it is possible.

NB 24.3 Update .level 6 England bugged in pre game editor [so file will be level 5]

@Jan Kristian Hynne👆 @Smudge👆

FM24 Japan structure updated and J1 fixtures here NB This is not my file it is created by Dosukoi over on Sortitoutsi

@CT1988

Wanting to start game in 24/25 season read this below

[NB There is no way of creating fixtures/result files for 24/25 season until the FM25 Pre-Game Editor comes out,and even then it may not be possible due to the unknown changes SI have made to the game/editor.]

@HC16_

Option 1

There have been a few posts from users recently who seem a bit confused regards the real results and playing 24/25 season

To clarify the results for all leagues covered are correct to the end of 23/24 season[they are not for the 24/25 season] but it is not possible to cover play off results

see this quote from SI stating real fixtures are only meant to work with the first stage of league fixtures and that is it.

this is already stated in FAQ recommended post attached to this thread-

Due to the above  you cannot add results for any cup competition domestic/continental including play off games.

NB-continental fixtures will be simmed by the game[ so this will effect teams playing in the following season's continental comps due to coefficents there is nothing can be done about this[so things like winners of FA cups/League Cups/European Cups].

So if you use the real results files for the 23/24 season you would have to start the game with the option to 'manipulate the play offs' using FMRTE - sometime in May 2024

How to do this is by 'destroying' teams in pay offs saving the game perhaps multiple times to get the right promoted team/s winning the play off final.

Otherwise you may get Norwich/West Brom/Leeds being promoted instead of Southampton

@Miguel Rego

Also if you use a data update to cover transfers etc eg -

https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update

A few users seem to suggest that using a custom start date+real results changes the contracts of players in the update, they are wrong

FMRTE start date/real results is not changing anything like this it is working correctly the issue is with the other file/s

the data update  is set to this[check it in the editor]

the loans/transfers are set to start in 2023 not 2024

So a fix would be setting up a preset in FMRTE to extend the loan contracts to end by one year later

So to edit loans you would need to start a save in May before they end

@rodski 👆

If users find a data update with the transfers happening on the real dates eg Mbape to Madrid in 2024 please PM me details.

Option 2

You use a Mod to get all the promoted teams for the 24/25 season[you cannot use this with real results file/s with this set up and there would be no point in doing so ]

eg-https://fminside.net/fmi-update/football-manager-2024/743-the-fm-update-24-25-season--august

https://sortitoutsi.net/content/65384/fm24-league-updates

you will have the right teams in the right leagues for the 24/25 season, with the right history

but you have to start in 2023 so in game you are pretending the 23/24 season is in fact the 24/25 season!!

So you need to start the game in june/july 2023 to play the 'pretend' 24/25 season[so you do not need a custom start date for this]

Also loans would be ending in May/June 2024

so that is not ideal, and you cant get all the teams qualified for continental comps correct.

The limitations are many -

These are your options, the issue is clear the pre game editor is very limited for things like this

and I take my hat off to those who provide Mods to try and fix

this, and I have done so myself it takes months to complete by then the new version of the game is nearly out.

but it is a huge task and IMO pointless as you are not playing the 24/25 season in 2024 or 2025 but in 2023 instead

NB To be clear You cannot use real results/custom start date files with Mods like those shown above, namely having the correct teams for the 24/25 season as you would be trying to do 2 different things that are impossible.

Also real fixtures/results for the 24/25 season cannot be addressed until the FM25 editor is released...and with many changes being made by SI it may not be possible to do this any longer. If you see a Mod claiming to have the real fixtures/results for the 24/25 season ...they dont it will be dates in 23/24

NB you can use FMRTE to change the fixtures in a playable league/s but that would take you many hours to do,but it is possible to.

You would then eventually have the correct fixtures for the 24/25 season

I have not tried this though and it would have to be beta tested to see if adding the actual real results in has any effect on the game.If users want to try it be prepared for it take several hours to set up.

Hello, FMRTE family. First of all, as a 20-year FM fan, I tried FMRTE for the first time, and it really improved my gaming experience. Although I had some initial struggles, I learned how to make every modification I wanted with joy, thanks to the forum.

Now, I have a problem. As you know, the European cup format changes in the 2024-2025 season. Because of this, playing the 2023-2024 season no longer brings me joy.

I downloaded the real fixture database with the updated transfer data and started the game from the 2024-2025 season using the custom start date mod and real fixture results. But this is where the real problem starts.

Since the game assumes one season has already passed when starting in 2024-2025, loan players return to their actual teams in the very first season, and as a minor issue, player contracts are shortened.

Is there an easy way to fix this, at least for the major league teams?

please read the  pinned posts in this thread

especially this

your question is already answered mate

Just want to point users to this post

Seen a couple of posts that FMRTE results/custom start dates effects the data update file/s

it does not

Read the link above to see where the issue is

I have a problem with the downloaded files are not loading on the game , i create the editor data folder by myself because it wasnt before there , i paste inside my files and they are not showing / cant load them in game through database , (im playing through epic game launcher)

As I have explained in that post you were linked to you can have accurate teams for leagues but not in Europe

you are not understanding what you are trying to do, you do NOT  use the real results files if starting in September 2024

I have explained fully in the thread you were tagged in

also if asking FMRTE questions use that forum and read the FAQs/guide thread as it shows how to create presets

can you also provide a screenshot of you client area showing your license codes by PM[do not post it here]

Hello,

I hope you're doing well. I followed your installation instructions for the FM24 files and also downloaded the file to start in November 2024 as you recommended. However, I'm having trouble getting everything to work correctly.

The main issue is that the real-world results, including those from the past weekend and since the start of the season, are not being loaded into the game. Also, for some leagues, like France, the teams aren't up to date.

I would really appreciate your help, as I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’m eager to get these files working properly, but I’m stuck.

Thank you for your time and assistance!

Hi,

I’m looking at starting a save with Carlisle and want the results to match the real life results for the 24/25 season so far. This would place Carlisle at the bottom of league 2.

Is there a file available for real results up to Jan 2025 in all EFL?

hi everytime i go to use the updated database for england it says there are teams missing and it needs to be verified, what do i do.

all the real result files (with the 23/24 end results) are not verified. and if i try to verify them some error comes up. For example in the england file it says some weird league (thats not even a normal england league) is missing some teams. I just want to start a proper 24/25 season like it was in the beginning with the standing and champiosn from 23/24.

All the files are fully verified

I have checked the download log -you have downloaded the 24.0 versions of the files and trying to use them in the 24.3 DB in game

also why are you trying to use 23/24 results and starting in December 2024?
