    dont know what you mean by that-stars but if you want things like ca/pa to show in lists in game you have to use a skin that allows that, and I believe you need to use the IGE too

    if you want to make sure you win, i think so. But even if you go with 10.000 you should be able to overachive in a "realistic" way.
