You can add the column "Num. of Unhappiness Motives" to the players search and then sort by this column that way you can easily see the unhappy players. To add this column go to the Settings Menu -> Filter Settings and in the Players Columns add "Num. of Unhappiness Motives" (note this property is under the contract) to the Displayed columns and Save, now you should see the unhappiness column on the next players search and sort by it.

What do you mean with age limit? There are certain limitations that are within the national rules In Germany only professional players can play in league games and you can only get a professional contract with the age of 17. Period Youth players minimum age is 14. Younger players are not generated by the game. You can change the age of all your youth candidates to 14 though (so you won't have those 16 year old ones) if that is what you mean. Just do a mass edit on the new youngsters and set them to 14. That way they have more time to develop. How long a player will play or how long his ability will last depends on some attributes like natural fitness for example but when a player becomes older the attributes slowly decrease by natural means so at some age above his peak he will just not be good enough anymore for professional football

Wait and see, if they get part of the world cup qualifiers..., that's the only way to see it, so 4 year in the game..., If they are, there will be 53 nations in the european qualifier for WC, and the Reunien team will also be part of their qualifier..., otherwise you can't find out..., just wait and see... In my game, they are not part of the WORLD CUP qualifier, so that would mean, if you have changed it, and it works, that should be seen. The qualifier for the NEXT world cup, is already part of the game, so you have to wait and see, for the next qualifier draw..., and I guess that would be in 2019, for the WC of 2022.

I hope you have found out, that it is NOT player loans, there are talked about, but financial loans..., it is not that you can add a player on loan, but that you can add og remove financial loans (money) of a club..., the other would be great, but think it pushes with too many rules of the game... hehe.
