Can't activate FMRTE 22

All of a sudden when I try to save a change in FMRTE 22, the activation screen comes up, I enter the correct activation key and a message comes up in red, operation cancelled try offline activation. What's going on ?

    Have you tried offline activation? If that does not work then you will have to contact support through your client area.

    Actually you can try online activation again to see if that works.  Otherwise the above.
