I'm trying to reverse Brexit by using the Agreements tab drop down menu and selecting European Union, however when I click the "+" button, it doesn't give me an option to open a drop down menu and nothing happens.

I'm just wanting to remove the 6 foreign u21 per season player rule.

A few things to address here-

You can reverse Brexit by adding England back to EU it works fine- see image below where I just added 4 agreements

 

however that rule re number of  U21 players might not be a Brexit rule that may be a new nation rule + separate from Brexit [ask over at SI for clarification] 

 

can you read this thread and make sure you are running App correctly- [if you are its a bug and needs reporting]

in future you need to post the info required when posting

He means the agreement tab[red] which is different to the known bug [orange]
