Hi.  I do not have FMRTE 21 installed, but in previous versions it is on the main club page on the right.

Hi, if I'm not much mistaken someone else asked the same question, the devs haven't been able to include it as of yet in the current build of FMRTE 21. Think they've tried with no success as of yet.
