i'm already install NET Framwork 4.7.2 and also try to run on administrator.
and restart my computer and uninstall & re-install but still not working.

Hello.  Check the Event Viewer/Log.  In there, you can find what is the cause.

Which anti-virus are you using? Also, which software packages are you running in the background?

I'm using windows 7 64 bit. 

and no anti virus in my computer.

any suggestion for help.
