How to change the transfer date of an arranged transfer

I've just made a small error while signing a new player.

Due to the circumstances the transfer date is arranged at the 1st of January 2026 (the player was too young during the transfer talks)

 

Well... I made him older now so that he will become 18 in May 2025.

 

But how do I change the transfer date from 1.1.2026 to 01.7.2025 ?
