    NB you can still regain a license activation by using the deactivate button from one of your devices

@aaronmeadows contact support directly via your client area

 

if you have lost your log in details to your original account that as an easy fix, you  just reset your password

no need to create a new account, and there was certainly no need to purchase a new license mate?

Contact support and they will sort it for you😉
