Would it be possible to edit league rules, maximum amount of foreigners and the like? As well as to edit which nations are treated as non-foreign/UE, right now only agreements can be added/edited.

I am very much behind this.

The first part means editing advanced rules which causes DB to be unstable at times and result in crashes

thats why lots of feature requests dont happen as they cause issues

 

it was part of the feature request thread I started several months ago and has been asked for both domestic/continental comps 

 

As things stand its the pre game editor for these changes but hopefully one day the devs can get more joy with these type of rules
