Twilinter Posted April 26, 2017 Report Share Posted April 26, 2017 What bugs/issues did you encounter: Swap staff bug: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Staff tab section of FM still shows the desired staff but when I check his profile, he's still somewhere else, not in my club, while the one should be out is still in the club. And I got both staff active in the inbox for example. If none of these tips helped copy the tips 1-9 template below and paste in your thread with a yes/no answer as soon as possible. Tips to try to resolve possible bugs 1.Run as administrator- to do this right click on the app and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR 2.Download the current version/s- FMRTE 17 for Windows 17.3.1 (Build 17) iFMRTE 17 for macOs 17.3.1 (Build 17) 3.Reboot your system 4.Debug mode- Open FMRTE Go to FMRTE Settings and enable 'DEBUGMode' 5.Clear cache- via your user AppData in Windows C:\Users\HEREYOUR USER DETAILS HERE \AppData\Roaming and find FMRTE file. Why is that? glad it worked I honestly dont know why it works, usually debugging is for developers to access certain hidden settings in software, so it might allow the app to be used in an advanced mode glad it helped, thanks for the update I will close thread.
