Hey , is there any way to change the personality of a player ? i put 20 to everything at this section but ingame hes still low determination .

    The personality of a player is determined by his hidden stats.  Ambition, Professionalism, Controversy, etc.  I have changed these stats to thirty each, leaving out Controversy, and the player's personality becomes Model Citizen.
